I have since started on a new food based iron supplement that has begun to improve my levels but I'm still having major fatigue and dizziness issues. I'm so nervous that my iron will continue to drop and it's so hard to think about anything but wanting to feel better. My husband and kids suffer when I'm not feeling well enough to go out and be active with them. It seems that just keeping up with the demands of the day to day is a real challenge. I appreciate any feedback that you think would be helpful. Thank you!
