Is a little coffee ok?

All things in moderation.

I don't tea because tannin is bad for teeth and iron absorption

Coffee helps my mood

I will try to confine it to Mornings

Plus someone suggested putting lemon and black strap molasses
in my coffee

thanks for your great help and inspiration!!

Another great video! I have been on prescription antacid reflux meds and proton pump inhibitor for few years now so this was very helpful. I take in lots of dairy, like yogurt, ice cream bc it soothes my digestion. As well as, big tea/coffee drinker...from the South! I try to drink lots of water but I have at least one glass sweet tea and 1-2 cups of coffee a day. This helped me understand how I may be sabotaging my iron absorption. Thanks for great info!
